সুলতানশী হাবেলীতে যুগে যুগে বহু ওলি বুজুর্গ পীরে কামেলগণ জন্মগ্রহণ করে দ্বীনের খেদমত করে গেছেন। তাদের বংশেরই পীরে কামেল সৈয়দ গোলাম হায়দার হূসাইনী চিশতী(রহঃ) ওরফে দুধু মিয়া সাহেবের সুযোগ্য জ্যৈষ্ঠ পুত্র দরবার‑এ-হায়দার এর গদীনশীন পীর সৈয়দ গোলাম নবী হুসাইনী চিশতী হরফে দুলাল মিয়া সাহেব। মাতা লষ্করপুর হাবেলীর সৈয়দ আব্দুল মুতাকাববীর আবুল হাসান (রঃ) এর কন্যা সৈয়দা খায়রুননেছা আক্তার। সিপাহসালার (রহঃ)এর পঞ্চম অধস্থন সুলতানশী হাবেলীর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা মধ্যযোগের মহাকবি সৈয়দ সুলতান (রহঃ) থেকে সৈয়দ গোলাম নবী হোসাইনী উরফে দুলাল মিয়া সাহেবের পিতা সৈয়দ গোলাম হায়দার (রহ:) উরফে দুধুমিয়া সাহেব পর্যন্ত বংশক্রম নিম্নরুপঃ সৈয়দ সুলতান > সৈয়দ জিক্রিয়া> সৈয়দ ফাত্তাহ> সৈয়দ নাসির> সৈয়দ আছির> সৈয়দ নাজির> সৈয়দ সাবের> সৈয়দ আব্দুর রহীম হোসাইনী> সৈয়দ আব্দুন নুর হোসাইনী> সৈয়দ গোলাম হায়দার।
সৈয়দ দুলাল মিয়া সাহেব ১৩৫৪ বাংলার ৬ ভাদ্র সোমবার জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। শৈশব হতেই তিনি শান্তশিষ্ট, বিনয়ী, নম্র, মিষ্ট ভাষী, স্বল্পভাষী ও সত্যনিষ্ঠ ছিলেন। বাল্য জীবন হতেই তিনি নামাজ রোজায় পাবন্দ এবং শরীয়তের বিধি-বিধান পালনে সচেষ্ট। তার অনুসারী ও ভক্তবৃন্দকে শরীয়ত মোতাবেক পথ চলতে এবং হুক্কুল ইবাদত পালনার্থে কঠোর নির্দেশ দিয়ে থাকেন। তিনি ১৯৭০ সালে হবিগঞ্জ বৃন্দাবন মহাবিদ্যালয় হতে বি.কম পরীক্ষা দেয়ার পর পিতার আদেশ পালনার্থে তরীকতের কাজে সচেষ্ট হন। তার নিজের রচিত বিভিন্ন সঙ্গিত কাসিদার মাধ্যমে তিনি ভক্তদের মরমে আল্লাহ্র মারেফাত ও পাকপাঞ্জাতনের শান ফুটিয়ে তুলেন। তিনি বেশ কয়েকটি পুস্তক রচনা ও সম্পাদনা করেছেন, বর্তমানেও তাঁর দুটি গ্রন্থ প্রকাশিতব্য। আর প্রকাশিত গ্রন্থগুলো হচ্ছেঃ (১) তত্ব সঙ্গীত, প্রকাশনা ১০/৪/৮০ইং, (২) মুখকুল ইবাদত ফাযায়েলে দুরুদ, প্রকাশনা-১৯৯৪ইংন, এবং (৩) পঞ্চতারা জবেহ আজিম‑ইমাম হুসাইন (আঃ)।
পারিবারিক জীবনে সৈয়দ গোলাম নবী সাহেব ৪ সন্তানের জনক। তাঁর সন্তানগণ হচ্ছেনঃ সৈয়দা হাবিবা বেগম দিবা, সৈয়দা মাহবুবু বেগম শুভা, সৈয়দ গোলাম হাসনাইন উজ্বল এবং সৈয়দ গোলাম সারুয়ার রুবেল।
