ব্যাত্যয় শুধু কালিক কারন যাহা পুত্র পরম্পরায় নিত্য;
নিশ্চয় তুমি যাঞ্চনার পূর্নফল।
বর্নিত বংশের সাতকাহন
আর প্রদর্শিত অনুচার ভ্রান্তির মিশ্রনে অপূর্নগাথা,
তোমারি ধিয়ানে উদিত হবে যথার্থ উপাচার
আর পরম্পরার সত্য ইতিকথা। ”

তরফ ও সিলেট রাজ্য বিজয়ী সিপাহসালার সৈয়দ নাসির উদ্দিন রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি। যিনি দিল্লি সালতানাতের সিপাহসালার ত্বদীয় ৩৬০ সঙ্গী সহ সম্মিলিত মুজাহিদ মুসলিম বাহিনীর প্রধান সেনাপতি ছিলেন। সম্মিলিত সরকারি বাহিনীর অভিযান ব্যর্থ করার জন্যে শ্রীহট্ট রাজ গৌর‑গোবিন্দ চেষ্টা করতে কোনরূপ কসুর করেননি। কিন্তু এবার গৌড় গোবিন্দ সফলকাম হতে ব্যর্থ হন।যখন রাজা গৌরগোবিন্দ তার রাজ হস্তির পিঠে চড়িয়ে বিশাল এক লৌহ তীর- ধনুক পাঠিয়ে এক অসাধ্য পরীক্ষায় ফেলে হযরত শাহ্জালাল মুজার্‌রদ ইয়েমেনী রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহির নিকট এই মর্মে চ্যালেঞ্জ ছুঁড়ে দিলেন এই বলে যেঃ  “যদি মুসলিম বাহিনীর কোন বীর এই ধনুকে শর সংযোজন করতে সক্ষম হোন তাহলে সে মুসলিম বাহিনীর হাতে রাজ্য সমর্পন করে বিনা যোদ্ধে পরাজয় মেনে নেবে।”ইতোপূর্বে কোন বীরপুরুষ ওই ধনুতে কোনদিন শর যোজন করতে পেরেছেন বলে জানা যায়নি।সে জানত এই ধনুকে ছিল্লা লাগানো কোন মানুষের পক্ষে অসম্ভব। আসলেই এই কাজটা অসম্ভব ছিল। আর এই চ্যালেঞ্জ উত্তোরনের পথকে সুগম করে দিলেন শায়েখ শাহ্‌জালাল মুজার্‌রদ ইয়েমেনী (রহঃ)। তিনি মুসলিম বাহিনীতে ঘোষণা করলেনঃ “হে আমার সঙ্গীগণ, এমন কেউ আছো কি, যার জীবনে কোনদিন ফজরের (আছরের) নামাজ কাজা হয়নি, কেবল তাঁর পক্ষেই এই দুঃসাধ্য কর্ম সাধন করা সম্ভব !” সেনাবাহিনী নিরব, নিস্তব্ধ। সিপাহসালার সৈয়দ নাসির উদ্দিন (রহঃ) রওয়ানা হলেন রাজা গৌড় গোবিন্দের অস্ত্রগারের দিকে। রাজ সিপাই, আমলারা তাঁকে দেখে ঠাট্টা-মশকরা, ব্যঙ্গাত্মক হাস্যরস করতে লাগলো। তিনি অস্ত্রাগারে প্রবেশ করে “আল্লাহু আকবার- ইয়া আলি মদদ ” ধ্বনি তোলে এক ঝটকায় এই বিশাল হস্তি বাহিত ধনুকে ছিল্লা পড়িয়ে তীর ছুড়ে মারলেন। যা দেখে কুসংস্কারবাদী রাজা গৌর গোবিন্দ ও তার সেনা বাহিনীর লড়াইয়ের সাধ একেবারেই নিঃশেষ হয়ে পলায়ন করেন।

তিনিই সেই  সৈয়দ নাসির উদ্দিন আউলিয়া সিপাহসালার।এসবই সিপাহসালার সৈয়দ নাসির উদ্দিন  (রঃ) এর হায়দরী বিরত্বের প্রমান হিসাবেই বর্নিত।সিপাহসালার উত্তরাধিকারসুত্রে তিনি পেয়েছিলেন – অনমনীয় জিহাদী চেতনা এবং ইসলাম প্রচারের অদম্য বাসনা।

উল্লেখ্য যে, তিনি একজন মুখলেছ/মুত্তাকী সৈয়দজাদা ছিলেন বলেই উচ্চমার্গের কারামতি সমুহ সঙ্গিয় ৩৬০ জন আধ্যাত্নিক ব্যক্তিদের মধ্য থেকে হযরত শাহ্‌জালাল মুজার্‌রদ ইয়েমেনী রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহি কেবল মাত্র উনার দ্বারাই করিয়ে ছিলেন। একজন সম্মানিত ইমামিয়া সিলসিলার সৈয়দ বা খাছ আওলাদে রসুল বলেই হযরত শাহ্‌জালাল মুজার্‌রদ ইয়েমেনী (রহঃ) একটা কারামতি যদি নিজে প্রকাশ করেছেন তো আরেকটা কারামতি সিপাহসালার সৈয়দ নাসির উদ্দিন রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহির এর মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করিয়েছেন। সিলেট বিজয়কে হযরত শাহজালাল রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহির আউলিয়া বাহিনী এবং সিপাহসালার সৈয়দ নাসির উদ্দিন রহমতুল্লাহি আলাইহির রাজশক্তির সমন্বয়ে গঠিত যৌথবাহিনীর রক্তপাতহীন এক আধ্যাত্মিক বিজয় বলে গণ্য করা হয়।  তা ছাড়া এই বিশাল আউলিয়ার কাফেলায় প্রত্যেকেরই ফজর ও আছরের সালাত কখনো না কখনো কাযা হলেও কেবল নাসিরুদ্দিন শাহরই জীবনে কখনোও কাযা হয়নি। সেটাও তাঁর আবুতুরাবিয়া আমলেরই বহিপ্রকাশ।

  • ‘সোহাইলে ইয়েমেন’। লেখকঃ মুন্সেফ নাসিরউদ্দীন হায়দার। প্রকাশকালঃ ১৮৬০ সাল।[হযরত শাহ্ জালাল রঃ এর জীবনী ও অভিযান মূলক সর্বপ্রাচীনতম গ্রন্থ ‘রওজাতুস সালেহীন’ ও ‘সুহাইলে ইয়ামান’। যে গ্রন্থ থেকে এদেশের মানুষ শাহ্ জালাল রঃএর যাবতীয় তথ্যাদী পেয়েছেন। এই সুহাইলে ইয়ামনে ৩৬০ আউলিয়ার মধ্যে ২৫১ জনের শুধু নামোল্যেখ, ৪ জনের সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিচিতি বর্ননা এবং শুধুমাত্র নাসিরুদ্দিন রঃএর উপর পূর্নঅধ্যায় বর্নিত আছে। তা ছাড়াও এই সুপ্রাচীতম বইয়ে বিশেষ ভাবে লক্ষ্যনীয় যে এতে হযরত শাহ্ জালাল (রঃ)-এর কারামতি সমুহের বর্ননার পাসাপাসি আর কারোও কারামতির বর্ননা না থাকলেও শুধুমাত্র সিপাহসালার হযরত সৈয়দ নাসিরুদ্দিন (রঃ)-এর বেশ কিছু কারামতির বর্ননা রয়েছে।]
